I created and run TraitLab, a personality assessment system for individuals, coaches, and teams.
Before starting TraitLab, I spent a long time as an academic researcher, trying to understand how we can measure personality better and use those findings to improve our lives.

I spend most of my days building stuff on the web, usually in Ruby (w/ Rails) and Elixir (w/ Phoenix).
